Who we are

What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email, phone number, and message you provide, along with which page you submitted from. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about a possible project.
Like most websites, our host records basic technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and to keep the site running. If analytics are enabled, they are configured to measure aggregate traffic, not to identify you personally.
How we use it
We use the information you send to reply to you, scope and discuss work, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the service providers that help us operate, such as our email delivery provider, and only as needed to handle your message.
How form messages are routed
Form submissions are delivered by email through a transactional email provider and routed to our team inbox. Your message and contact details travel with that email so we can reply to you directly.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed for it to function and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use advertising trackers.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@nextlevel.email. We will respond within a reasonable time.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
